Vanessa recommended a series of microneedling sessions combined with tretinoin to treat my acne scars. She clearly explained the whys and hows behind her recommendation, as well as why alternative options wouldn't be optimal for me. There was no hard sell at all, and I felt comfortable from the start that it was entirely my decision. I first visited the clinic to get my dad help with a skin condition. The staff were very professional, helpful and kind. I then went back to have some treatments carried out for my own skin, which included advice about skin care, sun protection and prevention. Vanessa is lovely and explains procedures with care and calm, so I always feel reassured. I was new to micro needling and didn't want a treatment that took long to recover from, and was very pleased with the results.

Whilst topical anaesthetic can be applied for approximately 45 to 60 minutes before the skin is gently cleansed and the treatment areas mapped, we do recommend where possible treatment without the use of numbing cream. Your practitioner then uses the xCellaris Pro Twist to create precision-controlled microchannels at the required depths, working area by area. Your selected regenerative serum is applied throughout and immediately after needling, while the channels remain open, followed by a soothing mask. The complete appointment generally takes around 60 minutes.

Microneedling with the xCellaris Pro Twist creates fine micro-channels to stimulate collagen and elastin. RF microneedling with SkinXcell adds Gold-Standard 2MHz radiofrequency energy at depth, for stronger tightening and remodelling. At your consultation we recommend the right approach, and sometimes a combination, for your skin.
Fine lines and wrinkles, sagging or crepey skin, dehydration, uneven tone and texture, acne and trauma scars, stretch marks, enlarged pores and skin laxity, on both the face and the body.
A topical anaesthetic can be applied around 45 to 60 minutes beforehand if you would like it, though where possible we recommend treatment without numbing cream. Multi-depth control lets us tailor the treatment to your sensitivity, and the cryocooling tool soothes the skin after RF treatment to help manage any warmth or redness.
This depends on your concern, but most patients have between three and six treatments for optimal results. Your practitioner will give you a clear, realistic plan at your consultation.
Some patients notice a difference within two to three weeks, with results building as collagen regenerates over your course. Downtime is minimal, usually mild redness for one to four hours. Maintenance treatments are advised every six to twelve months.
